At InStyler, we are committed to providing high-quality hair tools that enhance your styling routine. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we have updated our return policy as follows:

Final Sale on Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used hair tools, including hair dryers, styling irons, and hot air brushes. Once a product has been used, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within  60 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or repair under our Limited 1-Year Warranty (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for an unused item, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions on how to send back the product.
